The Growth Project
Day One

The Day 1 Diagnostic

Members start here. It takes 30–45 minutes and it can’t be done in five. The point isn’t the form — it’s the hour you spend honestly answering it.

A still alpine view at quiet light.
An hour with yourself, structured. Most members do this with coffee.

None of this leaves the club. Bradley is the only person who reads it. Save-as-you-go is on — close the tab, come back tomorrow, the answers are still here. All fifty-two are required. Write the version of the answer your closest friend would recognise, not the version you’d post.

Section one of four The money. Where the number is, where it could be, and what’s between the two.
Last calendar month. Pre-tax. Round to the nearest hundred.
The number a friend would say is fair.
One sentence. Plain words. e.g., ‘B2B SaaS account executive.’
What you did, who you talked to, what closed.
If you change nothing structural.
Section two of four The body. The honest version. Not the LinkedIn version.
Section three of four The week. What your life looks like Tuesday afternoon, not what it looks like on Sunday when you plan it.
First answer. Not the safe one.
Direct quote from the deck. Names allowed; we never share.
Section four of four The work. What you’ve tried, what didn’t, and what you’ve never said out loud.
Income, body, location, relationship — whatever it was. What did you try?
Not the polite version. The version you’d tell a friend at 1am.
If you skip this, the rest doesn’t help.

You’ll see a confirmation. Nothing else happens automatically.
