The short version is that we built the practice we needed and could not find. The longer version follows.

How it began

Bradley's first business failed at nineteen. He drove across the state with what fit in a car, no money, and a body he had stopped looking at. Twelve months later he was a clinical director, sixty-seven pounds lighter, and had finished an MBA in business administration on the side. The system that got him out of that year is the system in this room.

It was never the kind of system that wanted to be loud. It worked because it was honest about three things at once — money, body, week — and refused to let any one of them go quiet.

Who we are now

Bradley runs the income and operating side. Offer architecture, pricing, the few clients it takes, the calendar that protects the work. He reads every weekly note himself.

Dynasia is co-founder and a medical professional. She holds the body and emotional side of the work — sleep, training, recovery, the parts of the week the spreadsheet does not see. She tailors plans where a generic protocol would fall short, and she coordinates the gatherings that hold the room together.

We are partners in life and in the practice. We work from wherever the year takes us, and we accept a small number of new applications each month.

How we run the room

The room is held to about sixty members at any time. Most members find us through someone already in the room. We read every application ourselves, and we say no often.

The first call is private and exploratory. If the work is not clearly useful, we say so. If we begin, the first thirty days confirm fit, set the cadence, and define the measures we will track. Either party may end the work then.

After that, the rhythm is weekly. One private session. Daily check-ins on the metrics you choose. Two optional gatherings a year. Most of the value of the room is the room itself — the people in it, the standards they hold, the introductions they make for one another.

What we do not do

We do not run a course. We do not sell a download. There is no Discord, no leaderboard, no streak, no thirty-day sampler. The work needs runway, and the room is too small for tactics that pretend to scale.

We are also not a substitute for a doctor, a financial advisor, an accountant, a therapist, or a lawyer. The practice operates alongside those people in a member's life. It does not replace them.
