These terms govern your use of this website and, if you become a member, your participation in The Growth Project. The Growth Project is operated from Washington State, United States. By using this site or applying, you agree to what follows.
The practice
The Growth Project is a private coaching club. We work weekly with members on income, body, and the shape of the week. Membership begins by application, by mutual agreement, and after a first call.
Not professional advice
The work is coaching. It is not, and is not a substitute for, medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or render any regulated professional opinion. If you need any of those, hire someone who is licensed to provide them. Any decision you make as a result of our work is your decision and your responsibility.
Honest reporting
The work depends on accurate numbers. You agree that the income, body, calendar, and household figures you share with us are reported in good faith. If we discover material misrepresentation, we may end the membership without refund.
Membership and billing
Membership begins on the date of your first scheduled session. The entry structure is from $696 a month, billed monthly through Stripe. Higher-touch arrangements may be agreed in writing.
The first thirty days are a fit window. Either party may end the work during this window; unused fees are returned or credited at our discretion. After the fit window, billing continues monthly until you ask us to end it.
To end membership, write to bradley@growthprojecthq.com. We end on the next calendar month boundary. We do not pro-rate partial months after the fit window unless we agree to in writing.
Failed payments are retried twice. Persistent failure ends the membership and access to the directory.
Refunds and disputes
Outside the fit window, fees are non-refundable. If you believe we have failed to deliver what we agreed to, write to us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost everything by email.
Conduct in the room
The room is small. You agree to treat other members and the founders with the courtesy you would want yourself. You agree not to use the directory for spam, recruitment campaigns, or unsolicited outreach. We may end the membership of any member who breaks this without refund.
You agree not to share session content, written reviews, the directory, or any other member's personal information outside the room.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, written reviews, and materials we share with you are licensed for your personal use as a member. You may not republish, resell, or use them to train automated systems without our written permission. The brand, name, and design system of The Growth Project remain ours.
Recording
Sessions are not recorded by default. If a session is recorded, both parties agree in advance, and the recording is held only for the member's reference.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to fees, refund policy, or termination terms are communicated to existing members by email at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued membership after that date is acceptance of the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by email is subject to the courts of Washington State.
