The Growth Project ("we," "our," "the practice") is a private coaching club operated from Washington State, United States. This page explains what we collect on this website, what we do with it, and what we will not do with it. If anything is unclear, write to bradley@growthprojecthq.com.
What we collect
Application data
When you submit the application form on this site, we collect: your name, email, city, role, age, the situation and goals you describe, your weekly availability, an optional referral, and any additional notes you write. This is sent to us through our hosting provider's form service, stored in our records, and read by Bradley and Dynasia.
Member data
If you become a member, we additionally hold the metrics, decisions, and written reviews that come out of our weekly work — income figures, body measurements, sleep, training, calendar notes, household context, and anything else you choose to share in session. This is the work itself, and it is held with care.
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. We see only what Stripe shows in our merchant dashboard — the amount, currency, last four digits, and your billing email.
Site analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not build behavioral profiles of visitors.
What we do with it
- Read your application and decide whether to open a conversation.
- Run the weekly work, write reviews, hold the measures you choose.
- Coordinate gatherings, where invited.
- Process payments and keep accurate records for tax and accounting purposes.
- Respond to your questions or requests.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
- We do not share applicant data with anyone outside the practice.
- We do not publish full names, photographs, or stories without your explicit, written permission.
- We do not run automated retargeting or advertising audiences against you.
- We do not send a marketing newsletter or follow-up sequence after you apply.
The directory
If you become a member, we list you in the member directory: role, city, what you are building, what you can help with, and what introductions you welcome. The directory is read-only and visible only to other members. You may ask to be removed at any time, in which case we remove your entry within seven days.
Health and money
The practice handles two unusually personal categories of information — your body and your money. We treat both with the standards we would want for ourselves. We do not discuss member specifics with anyone outside the practice. Where a story is published as a case note, it is anonymized and reviewed with the member before publication.
How long we keep data
Applications: up to twenty-four months from submission, then deleted unless you become a member. Member records: while you are a member, and for seven years after the relationship ends, for accounting purposes. Payment records: as long as the law requires, typically seven years.
Your rights
You may ask, at any time, to: see what we hold about you; correct it; delete it (subject to legal retention duties); or stop further use. Write to bradley@growthprojecthq.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
The practice is for adults. The application form requires you to be eighteen or older.
Changes
If we change this page, we update the date at the top. Material changes that affect existing members or applicants are also communicated by email.
